Test-run limits reset at the start of each billing cycle; voice runs (real phone calls) count toward both the total and the voice limit. By default, new runs pause when you reach a limit — no surprise charges. Admins can optionally turn on overage billing to keep running past a quota at $0.50/web run and $2.00/voice run, capped at 2× the quota.

What exactly gets tested?▶
Six realistic scenarios per run: new lead inquiry, pricing/quote request, booking an appointment, after-hours urgency, hesitant prospect / objection, and off-topic / brand guardrails. Each is graded on relevance, accuracy, tone, lead capture, and goal completion.
How many tests can I run each month?▶
Each plan includes a set number of test runs per billing cycle — Starter 30, Pro 150, Agency 500 — that reset each cycle. Voice runs place real phone calls, so they have their own limit (Pro 50, Agency 200; Starter is web-only). By default, new runs pause when you reach a limit — no surprise charges. If you'd rather keep going, an admin can turn on overage billing in Billing: extra runs are then $0.50/web and $2.00/voice, capped at 2× your quota.
How does voice testing actually work?▶
We place a real outbound call from our Twilio number to your client's voice agent. An AI tester plays the customer role, has a real conversation, then ends the call. Vapi records and transcribes; Claude grades the full transcript and gives you the recording URL.
Can I share reports with clients?▶
Yes. Each test run can be downloaded as a branded AI Agent Rx™ by MindBotics PDF or shared via a public read-only link (rx.mindbotics.ai/r/...). The public version shows scores and findings only — no raw transcripts.
What happens after my 5-day trial?▶
If you've added a card, the subscription continues at your chosen plan. If you haven't, the account pauses until you choose a plan — your data stays put.
Can I cancel any time?▶
Yes. From inside the app: Billing → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of the current period.
